About the role
- Data Integration PSL Product Manager leading a team of Data Engineers at Airbus. Responsible for data integration activities and project management within a transnational team in Toulouse.
Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of Data Engineers around data integration platforms.
- Project Management: Prioritize and manage projects related to the data integration products backlog.
- Coordination: Collaborate with demand and delivery teams to align planning, execution, and SLA/OLA fulfillment across the product lifecycle.
- Product Lifecycle: Manage the full data integration product E2E lifecycle, including releases, testing, transitions, and operational integration aligned with ITIL practices.
- Needs Anticipation: Anticipate the needs related to new product capabilities based on new use cases and liaise with the head office to define the best approach.
Requirements
- Education: University degree in an IT-related field.
- Experience: Over 5 years of relevant work experience as a transnational team leader in IT areas of transnational companies.
- Technical Skills: Extensive experience in project/program management in complex environments, knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (PPS, 5whys, etc.), experience in developing technical and support documentation, knowledge of DevOps methods and tools.
- Languages: Negotiation level in English (knowledge of German would be a plus).
