Experienced Product Manager overseeing the CT and LIC product portfolios in Italy and France. Responsible for market analysis, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire product lifecycle of CT and LIC products, from specification definition to product launch and post-launch monitoring
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product strategies and go-to-market plans
Analyze the market and competition to identify growth and innovation opportunities
Coordinate product development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards
Support technical and commercial training to ensure clear communication of product value
Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to optimize the product portfolio
Manage relationships with suppliers and strategic partners to ensure product competitiveness and quality
Collaborate strategically with sales and marketing functions at EMEA and global levels, ensuring alignment of product activities with company objectives.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Chemical or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in product management roles, preferably in the coatings sector, ideally industrial coatings
Strong market analysis skills and results-oriented mindset
Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently (Italy-France), approximately 50% of the time
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and international environments
French/Italian bilingual skills required - French fluency with good Italian knowledge for France-based roles, Italian fluency with good French knowledge for Italy-based roles, plus excellent English proficiency.
