Responsibilities
Apply and maintain the job and salary program by analyzing and validating salary movements, updating headcount sizing and salary tables, creating and evaluating job positions, and performing other activities in compliance with the compensation policy.
Execute and/or support the calculation and payment processing of variable compensation programs based on current policies (PPL, awards and bonuses).
Provide support to leadership on matters related to compensation and personnel budget, ensuring compliance with area policies and promoting their correct communication and application.
Prepare, update and maintain HR reports and metrics focused on compensation, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Support the preparation, control and monitoring of the personnel budget through studies and calculations to ensure the accuracy of information.
Conduct compensation studies and analyses using calculations to support leadership decision-making.
Monitor the company’s competitiveness against the market by preparing and participating in salary surveys.
Provide support to leadership on matters related to compensation and personnel budget, ensuring compliance with area policies and promoting their correct communication and application.
Assist in the maintenance and updating of area policies.
Requirements
Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint: Intermediate (Desirable that the candidate has experience working with large spreadsheets and HR metrics)
Power BI is desirable but not mandatory.
Knowledge of compensation methodologies.
Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
