About the role
- Financial Analyst executing financial routines including payments and reconciliations at Schmersal Brasil located in Boituva, São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Execute financial routines, including issuing bank statements, verifying transactions and performing bank reconciliations.
- Make expense payments according to due dates, ensuring the company's financial obligations are met.
- Review, enter and validate invoices for goods and services in the system, ensuring correct calculation of amounts, taxes and deadlines.
- Enter service invoices in the Accounts Payable module and record payment settlements.
- Verify payments made by reconciling bank entries with fiscal documents and respective payees.
- Support customer credit analysis by checking financial outstanding items, overdue receivables and performing credit bureau checks.
- Send receivables to bank collection and monitor incoming payments.
- Control credits and adjustments arising from returns, keeping customers and financial institutions informed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management or related fields.
- Experience in financial routines (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (TOTVS Datasul is a plus).
- Intermediate Excel skills (controls, spreadsheets and analyses).
