About the role

  • Environmental Analyst responsible for geoprocessing and spatial analysis at Agrotools. Engaging in environmental legislation and preparing technical reports with team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for environmental analyses with technical expertise in geoprocessing;
  • Deforestation analyses using satellite imagery;
  • Understand current environmental legislation;
  • Socio-environmental analyses in accordance with sustainability protocols;
  • Prepare technical reports and interact with clients.

Requirements

  • Must reside in São José dos Campos, São Paulo, or the surrounding region;
  • Alternate Saturdays required, half-day only;
  • Knowledge of GIS (QGIS/ArcGIS), remote sensing, geoprocessing and spatial analysis;
  • Environmental legislation and the Forest Code;
  • Environmental licenses, Terms of Commitment, and Conduct Adjustment Agreements;
  • Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
  • Technical writing and report preparation;
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Biology, Geography, Agronomy or related fields.
