About the role
- Sales Support Medewerker playing a key role in optimizing processes for customer support at Agrifirm. Ensuring accurate responses and improving workflow efficiency in agricultural sector.
Responsibilities

- Telefonische beschikbaarheid voor klanten voor order proces in piekperioden;
- Verwerken en administratief afhandelen van klantorders in SAP;
- Analyseren en optimaliseren van processen om efficiëntie te verhogen en klanttevredenheid te verbeteren;
Requirements
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Enkele jaren ervaring in klantenservice of sales support
