Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with colleagues in Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing
Be the commercial point of contact for a portfolio of clients with strong growth potential
Lead upsell and renewal strategies (biennial/triennial contracts)
Monitor key KPIs (ARR and GAR) to drive performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal client sponsors (CFOs and key stakeholders)
Conduct Executive Business Reviews with high-potential clients
Act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver in critical situations
Provide value-added consulting on cash flow management
Collaborate with the Product team to share relevant customer feedback
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in similar roles (KAM, Account Manager, or Customer Success with a commercial focus)
Degree in Economics or a related field
Proven ability to manage and grow client portfolios
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with C-level stakeholders (CEO, CFO)
Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and product teams
