About the role

  • Key Account Manager focusing on commercial growth potential for mid-market clients at Agicap. Collaborating across teams to drive performance and relationship management with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Be the commercial point of contact for a portfolio of clients with strong growth potential
  • Lead upsell and renewal strategies (biennial/triennial contracts)
  • Monitor key KPIs (ARR and GAR) to drive performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal client sponsors (CFOs and key stakeholders)
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews with high-potential clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver in critical situations
  • Provide value-added consulting on cash flow management
  • Collaborate with the Product team to share relevant customer feedback

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in similar roles (KAM, Account Manager, or Customer Success with a commercial focus)
  • Degree in Economics or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client portfolios
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with C-level stakeholders (CEO, CFO)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and product teams
