About the role
- Analista de Regulatório Pleno supporting compliance with health regulations at Afya in São Paulo. Focused on monitoring regulations and internal documentation in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and compile relevant regulatory updates (ANVISA, CFM, LGPD, among others);
- Support regulatory risk analysis and the preparation of technical opinions/reports;
- Assist in drafting and reviewing regulatory documents, terms of use, contracts, and internal policies;
- Support compliance with periodic regulatory obligations (protocols, registration updates, responses to official communications);
- Contribute to mapping legal requirements applicable to the company's products and services;
- Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and licensing processes;
- Participate in preparing compliance reports, KPIs, and action plans;
- Support training and internal communications on regulatory and privacy topics;
- Collaborate on implementing controls and automations in internal systems;
- Conduct legal and regulatory research to support the area's strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Law degree with active bar registration (OAB);
- Prior experience with regulation of medical services and health products;
- Advanced knowledge of ANVISA regulations, software licensing, and data privacy (LGPD);
- Experience interacting with regulatory authorities and participating in strategic meetings;
- Intermediate English.
