Responsibilities
Lead the development and evolution of digital solutions focused on clinical efficiency, demand generation, customer conversion, and other areas that make up the Productivity Mission;
Conduct structured discovery with users and stakeholders, turning insights into prioritized decisions and high-impact deliveries;
Define, monitor, and evolve product KPIs and OKRs with a focus on delivering real value to physicians and business results for Afya;
Work side-by-side with engineering, design, CX, marketing, and sales to ensure viable, consistent deliveries aligned with strategy;
Explore and scale the use of Artificial Intelligence as a competitive differentiator in clinical experiences, automations, personalizations, or copilots;
Balance innovation with reliability, ensuring continuous product evolution across different levels of maturity.
Requirements
Solid experience leading digital products with high functional complexity and direct impact on end users — especially in B2B, SaaS, or multi-stream environments;
Proven track record of ownership across the full product lifecycle — from discovery to go-to-market and ongoing growth — with measurable, scalable outcomes;
Practical experience or strategic oversight of products incorporating AI components into the user experience (e.g., copilots, automations, assisted generation), with a hands-on understanding of technical feasibility and business impact;
Strong command of structured discovery processes, able to validate hypotheses, model impact, and make decisions based on real trade-offs between value, effort, and risk;
Autonomy in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to support decisions, define success metrics, and prioritize with a results focus;
Fluency in modern product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Miro, Productboard, Mixpanel, Google Analytics), with an emphasis on turning data into decisions.
