Responsibilities
Build and develop customer partnerships in the field of Global Trade Compliance and Supply Chain solutions.
Understand operational challenges and shape long-term solutions together with customers and colleagues.
Work closely with consultants, product managers and implementation teams across Germany, Sweden and Asia.
Analyse customer processes and identify improvement potential in cross-border operations.
Translate regulatory and operational challenges into meaningful solution concepts.
Contribute to expanding AEB’s presence across Singapore and Southeast Asia through relationships and trust.
Requirements
Experience with the sales of ERP or complex Supply Chain solutions.
Understanding of international trade processes and cross-border logistics flows.
Interest in customs regulations and trade compliance topics.
Ability to connect business processes with software solutions.
Enjoy conversation with different stakeholders — from operational users to management.
Comfortable working in an international environment across cultures.
Taking ownership and shaping your own role within the team.
Helpful but not mandatory: Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage or trade compliance.
Experience with enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
Knowledge of ERP environments (Oracle, Infor WMS or TMS, SAP® GTS, EWM and TM).
Exposure to the Asia Pacific business landscape.
