About the role
- Security Specialist responsible for security operations at the Hibikinada Offshore Wind Farm. Collaborating with teams to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Support site operations based on Vestas Global Procurement rules and Code of Conduct
- Execute security operations based on the Service Availability Agreement (SAA)
- Respond to security incidents (initial response, root cause analysis, planning and implementation of corrective actions)
- Contribute to promotion of site safety culture and coexistence with the local community
Requirements
- 5+ years of practical experience in physical security operations (preferably in infrastructure or industrial facilities)
- Practical coordination experience with local communities and government agencies
- Japanese: Business level (reading, writing, and speaking)
- English: Reading and writing skills preferred
- Holders of domestic security-related qualifications (e.g., qualifications under the Security Services Act) are preferred
- Experience in police, Self-Defense Forces, or professional security companies is preferred
- Must hold a valid Japanese driver's license
