About the role

  • Lead Cybersecurity Advocate at Humana designing and delivering training programs to enhance cybersecurity culture. Collaborating with leaders to develop education and manage cybersecurity training initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • design and deliver innovative training programs that shape the cybersecurity culture at Humana
  • collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to develop engaging, targeted education
  • drive curriculum development for new products and tools
  • create technical resources and champion cyber awareness across all levels of the organization
  • develop and maintain in-person and online education and training infrastructure
  • produce technical documentation, presentations, and documents to reinforce cybersecurity-related knowledge across Humana
  • conduct learning needs assessments and identify requirements and plans for instructional opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant information technology field (Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, etc.)
  • 8+ years of technical experience and 2+ years of project leadership experience
  • 2+ years with Technical cybersecurity experience, with emphasis on cybersecurity training, education, and risk management
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
