Responsibilities
- design and deliver innovative training programs that shape the cybersecurity culture at Humana
- collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to develop engaging, targeted education

- create technical resources and champion cyber awareness across all levels of the organization
- develop and maintain in-person and online education and training infrastructure
- produce technical documentation, presentations, and documents to reinforce cybersecurity-related knowledge across Humana
- conduct learning needs assessments and identify requirements and plans for instructional opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant information technology field (Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, etc.)
- 8+ years of technical experience and 2+ years of project leadership experience
- 2+ years with Technical cybersecurity experience, with emphasis on cybersecurity training, education, and risk management
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
