About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing cybersecurity and infrastructure projects for Almond in Sèvres. Leading cross-functional teams to secure digital environments and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Management of infrastructure and cybersecurity projects: deployment, migration, upgrades, hardening, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordination of technical and security teams: infrastructure, network, security, cloud, external vendors, and offshore teams.
  • Preparation and monitoring of project schedules: managing dependencies, risks and trade-offs.
  • Organization and facilitation of project forums: scoping sessions, technical workshops, project committees, steering committees and security committees.
  • Oversight of production deployments and transition to RUN: run readiness, documentation, handover and CMDB.
  • Contribution to the definition and monitoring of cybersecurity roadmaps: compliance activities, implementation of controls and KPIs, and tracking of cybersecurity action plans.
  • Management of network projects: segmentation, securing interconnections, LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi modernization, SD‑WAN/SASE integration.
  • Interim management or Service Delivery Management assignments: operational RUN management (incidents, problems, changes).
  • Monitoring of service quality and SLAs.
  • Management and coordination of external suppliers and providers.
  • Communication with business and IT leadership.
  • Example projects: Infrastructure deployment for AI applications. Migration of on‑premise environments to the Cloud. Implementation and testing of disaster recovery plans (DRP) for critical applications. Development and governance of cybersecurity roadmaps (IAM, EDR, DRP/PRA, SOC, regulatory compliance). Internal network segmentation and hardening (LAN/WAN/SD‑WAN). Technical component upgrades (OS, sizing, middleware). Addition of production components (monitoring, access, security, permissions). Chairing architecture committees and GO/NO‑GO decisions. Service Delivery Management for network, infrastructure or cybersecurity service centers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT project management (infrastructure, cybersecurity and networks), with at least 3 years’ experience.
  • Experience managing cross‑functional teams including multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
  • Master’s degree (engineering school or equivalent university degree).
  • Fluent English (for international projects).
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity and cloud technologies, with enough technical background to communicate effectively with architects.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes (change, incident, problem and continuity management).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, diplomacy, ability to simplify technical topics and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Clear communication and natural leadership to facilitate governance bodies.
