About the role
- Repair Product Manager developing and maintaining strategic project roadmaps in renewable energy at Vestas. Collaborating with teams to ensure project success and value-driven outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing and maintaining mid- and long-term strategic project roadmap
- Create, develop and submit project appraisals in alignment with strategic roadmap and functional portfolio management
- Collaborate with project manager(s) and ensure value creation in strategic projects as business representative
- Facilitate dialogues with SMEs and key stakeholders to define scope and ensure project product outcomes are aligned, fit for purpose and value driven
- Ensure project product implementation and transition to operations plans meet specifications and business requirements
- Ensure post-project benefit evaluation of financial performance and circularity gains
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in supply chain management, engineering, finance or a related field
- Experience in project management within the wind industry or similar related industries
- Demonstrated skills in business case creation and strategic communication
- Solid analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and build insights that support business decisions
- Hold a project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, PMI or equivalent
- Proficiency with MS Office and SAP
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are beneficial
