Responsibilities
- Responsibility for a solution area: You define the roadmap, prioritize features, and own end-to-end delivery.
- Lead customer discovery: You engage directly with customers, identify needs, validate ideas, and derive informed product decisions.
- Drive execution: You run backlog grooming and sprint planning together with your pod (one designer and engineers).
- Collaborate cross-functionally: You work closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to ensure smooth implementation and a successful go-to-market.
- Strategic alignment: You connect the work on your solution area with the overall company and platform strategy.
- Measure & optimize: You track adoption, retention, and NPS to guide iterations and make impact visible.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience with SaaS and mobile products
- Proven experience owning a product area and delivering impactful features
- Solid technical understanding and a strong sense for design and UX
- Strong customer focus and good business acumen
- Experience conducting user research and customer discovery
- Confident making data-driven decisions; SQL or BI skills are a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
- German and English language skills at C1–C2 level (GER), with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
