Responsibilities
As an Operations Team Leader, you’ll be part of a high-performing in-market team supporting one of our largest global clients. You will oversee the operational delivery of high-quality, profitable production and marketing execution, ensuring projects run smoothly from briefing through to final delivery.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring transparency, efficiency, and quality across marketing investments — particularly within retail, shopper, and trade activation. This role is hands-on, solution-focused, and highly collaborative, working closely with client services, creative, strategy, and production specialists.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations or production management, ideally in retail, shopper, or trade channels.
Minimum 5 years’ experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
Proven track record delivering complex, high-value operational or production projects.
Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and the local market language.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across teams and clients.
Strategic thinker, balancing immediate priorities with long-term objectives.
Solutions-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Resilient, calm under pressure, and committed to continuous improvement.
