About the role

  • Customer Service Specialist providing order management support to the Sales Team at adidas in Manila. Responsibilities include executing customer service strategy and managing inventory effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide order management and support to the Sales Team
  • Execute Customer Service strategy
  • Deliver performance levels as outlined in the adidas group standards
  • Insert accurately customer pre-orders in the system
  • Call off existing contract orders and insert clearance orders
  • Process and send out order confirmations
  • Adjust order book according to delivery information and inform customers and sales team on delays
  • Collect reactively re-orders for Customers
  • Generate & compile inventory data to ensure healthy stock levels
  • Monitor article drops and shipment tracking

Requirements

  • > 3 years experience in Order Management, Inventory Management, and Customer Service
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Studies / Logistics Management
  • Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, adiRace ERP, adiPortal
  • English – Advanced, Local Language - Fluent
