About the role

  • Assistant Manager, B2B Sales responsible for achieving profitable market growth in assigned B2B accounts. Focusing on customer negotiation and account monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • To achieve profitable and sustainable market growth within assigned B2B accounts
  • Ensure key account target achievement
  • Negotiate and look for potential B2B customers (government, teams, corporate)
  • Assist in the development of sell in tools
  • Monitor the progress of assigned accounts KPIs to ensure target achievement
  • Manage key relationships in B2B, B2G, Schools, and similar industries

Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years sales experience, ideally in KA Industry
  • Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG
  • Leadership skills but no experience required
