UX Researcher/UX Designer responsible for transforming the data platform at ADEO through user insights and design methodologies. Collaborating with diverse teams to improve UX for technical users.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the transformation of the future data platform (tools, services and organization)
Serve as an ambassador for UX: support and train the GTDP Product and Advocacy teams in discovery practices, user journey mapping, and behavioral analysis
Define project scope and design methods with stakeholders
Understand business and technical objectives
Design and lead UX research initiatives
Conduct user studies and propose innovative methods or approaches
Create research tools (surveys, interview guides, research materials)
Document research in internal tools
Continuously improve research practices and tools
Collaborate with UX, product, business and design teams to bring solutions to life
Requirements
Approximately 5 years of experience in UX research or a related applied research field
Experience designing, conducting and analyzing exploratory (long-term) and evaluative (user testing) research
Ability to design and improve services, journeys and products based on research findings, aligned with user and business needs
Experience in business environments where research is used to de-risk product decisions
Proficiency with research and analytics tools (surveys, user testing, behavioral analysis)
A Master's degree (or equivalent) in UX, psychology, social sciences or a related field is a plus
Fluent in French and professional working proficiency in English required
