Responsibilities

Helping to identify training data needs and devise data acquisition strategies together with domain experts and asset creators.
Creating best practices for research and productization, developing robust and efficient training pipelines for production cases.
Requirements
3+ years of experience developing ML models for real-time inference scenarios.
A PhD, or applied research background in industry, around machine learning or relevant areas of technology.
Very strong math skills with a solid understanding of linear algebra, statistics, probability, and other ML-related math specializations.
Excellent Python development skills, with very good knowledge of modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch.
Good understanding of ML inference considerations like on-device deployment, etc.
Strong ability to distill complex technical concepts into important details in discussions with inter-disciplinary teams.
Knowledge of animation systems (IK, etc.), computer graphics, real-time physics, etc. (bonus).
Working knowledge of C++ programming (bonus).
Experience in the computer games industry (bonus).
