About the role
- Contribute to the analysis of safety events reported by airlines by joining the ENAC-Airbus “Safety Management” research program
- Use state-of-the-art NLP algorithms to analyse large and complex datasets
- Develop machine learning models with statistical methods and optimization
- Interact with safety experts and communicate findings regularly
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science or Statistics or Computer Science or Aerospace Engineering or any related field
- Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for data analysis and machine learning
- Solid knowledge and experience with machine learning models/frameworks and statistics
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds (researchers, safety analysts…)
- Great flexibility, autonomy and pro-activity
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Interest in research
- Interest in aviation
