- Ensure product robustness: stable data models, upgrade paths, version compatibility
- Collaborate closely with Core R&D on platform capabilities and constraints
- Partner with Sales and Product to align customer needs with long-term product strategy
- Promote operational excellence, scalability and maintainability
- Contribute to roadmap definition and success metrics for the Solutions portfolio
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- Proven track record as Engineering Manager or equivalent role
- Experience managing teams of 10+ engineers
- Strong background in B2B software, ideally in regulated environments
- Product & domain expertise
- Experience transitioning from platform / toolkit to productized solutions
- Exposure to analytics, risk management, financial systems or adjacent domains
- Strong understanding of scalability, cloud multi-tenant architectures and operability
