- Coordinate dependencies across functions and communicate delivery reality clearly: options, risks, and commercial impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing engineers in a product environment (startup or scale‑up preferred).
- Full‑stack capability: enough depth to review, unblock, and guide design across frontend and backend.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: API design, data modelling, testing, and operational readiness.
- Comfortable operating in AdTech / creative ops environments where speed, compliance, and auditability matter.
- Strong stakeholder management: can frame trade-offs clearly (scope, risk, time, quality) and prevent relitigation.
- Commercially sensitive: optimises for value shipped and adoption, not perfectionism.
