- Senior Accountant managing accounts, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with teams at Active Nutrition. Supporting financial reporting and communication with external auditors.
Responsibilities
- Eigenverantwortliche Mitarbeit in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung inkl. Mahnlauf sowie Klärung offener Posten
- Du übernimmst die Verbuchung von Kontoauszügen und Avisen, die Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen (AT & CH) sowie die Intrastat-Meldungen
- Du verantwortest die korrekte Verwaltung und Buchung des Anlagevermögens.
- Du unterstützt bei den Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen inkl. Rückstellungen, Fremdwährungsbewertungen, SOX-Dokumentationen sowie Reporting an die USA
- Du übernimmst die Kommunikation mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und Betriebsprüfern
Requirements
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter
- Du bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung und im Steuerrecht mit (UstG, HGB, US GAAP)
- Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis von ERP-Systemen (Infor von Vorteil), idealerweise Key User Erfahrung im ERP-Einführungsprojekt
- Du bringst eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit, hast den Drive Dinge anzupacken und bist lösungs- und zielorientiert.
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse mit.
