- Optimize space utilization and workplace design to balance employee experience, collaboration, and cost efficiency.
- Own global facilities budgets and lead cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage leases, service contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Lead global facilities projects such as office build-outs, renovations, relocations, and closures.
- Establish global standards, policies, and best practices while allowing for regional flexibility.
- Directly manage and develop a distributed team of on-site office managers and facilities staff.
- Oversee governance and optimization of Acronis’ global travel portal tool.
- Act as a strategic partner and subject-matter expert for facilities-related decisions, influencing outcomes in collaboration with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8 + years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or corporate real estate.
- Proven experience leading multi-site or global facilities portfolios.
- Strong people leadership experience managing teams across multiple geographies.
- Familiarity with hybrid or distributed workforce models.
- Demonstrated success in budget ownership, vendor management, and cost optimization.
- Experience leading complex facilities projects (e.g., office build-outs, relocations, consolidations).
- Strong business judgment with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
- Experience in a global technology or SaaS environment preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
