Responsibilities

  • The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications plays a critical role in supporting Acrisure’s enterprise-wide external communications strategy.
  • Reporting to the Sr. Director, Corporate Communications, this position leads the development and execution of high-quality external content, media materials, and executive visibility initiatives that reinforce Acrisure’s narrative, strengthen its reputation, and enhance brand visibility across key audiences.
  • The Sr. Manager partners closely with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into compelling communications.
  • This role supports executive communications, financial and corporate messaging, media engagement, social media content, and thought leadership—ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy, values, and priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior executive external communications.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, editing, and message development skills with a portfolio demonstrating excellence.
  • Solid understanding of financial and corporate communications, including regulatory considerations.
  • Demonstrated media relations experience, including drafting media materials and supporting outreach.
  • Experience developing social media content for enterprise brands or senior executives.
  • Ability to manage sensitive, high-profile, and time-sensitive communications with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment with shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or executive communications leadership roles.
  • Experience in a global, complex, or high-growth organization preferred.
