Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications plays a critical role in supporting Acrisure’s enterprise-wide external communications strategy.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Corporate Communications, this position leads the development and execution of high-quality external content, media materials, and executive visibility initiatives that reinforce Acrisure’s narrative, strengthen its reputation, and enhance brand visibility across key audiences.
The Sr. Manager partners closely with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into compelling communications.
This role supports executive communications, financial and corporate messaging, media engagement, social media content, and thought leadership—ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy, values, and priorities.
Requirements
Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior executive external communications.
Strong writing, storytelling, editing, and message development skills with a portfolio demonstrating excellence.
Solid understanding of financial and corporate communications, including regulatory considerations.
Demonstrated media relations experience, including drafting media materials and supporting outreach.
Experience developing social media content for enterprise brands or senior executives.
Ability to manage sensitive, high-profile, and time-sensitive communications with discretion and sound judgment.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment with shifting priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or executive communications leadership roles.
Experience in a global, complex, or high-growth organization preferred.
