- Associate Business Manager supporting key clients and assisting in business goals at Acosta. Collaborates with the Business Manager on tactical communication and sales presentations.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Business Manager in executing the mutual business goals of Acosta and assigned clients.
- Manages the bulk of smaller clients’ responsibilities.
- Supports the Business Managers with key clients.
- Develops and delivers sales presentations for smaller clients.
- Assists in promotion planning, execution tracking and post-promotion analysis for smaller clients.
- Provides marketing analysis and category reviews for smaller clients.
- Performs other duties as required and/or assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- One year marketing, sales or sales support
- Must have the ability to take complex data and create solutions where there may be different goals from the customers and clients.
- Must be capable of building rapport with all stakeholders.
- Negotiation skills to include strategy development and tactical technique.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with others, function as a team player, demonstrate commitment to serving clients and customers, have a strong work ethic, and proactively assess client/customer needs.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
