Responsibilities
Diagnose learning needs based on the company's strategic objectives and performance analysis;
Develop and implement learning paths, technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs;
Select, negotiate with, and manage training vendors (consultancies, e-learning platforms, instructors, etc.);
Coordinate in-person, online, and hybrid training activities, ensuring quality and alignment with identified needs;
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives using indicators (Kirkpatrick), including ROI and business impact;
Support talent management processes such as IDP (Individual Development Plan), onboarding (corporate and functional), and succession programs;
Act as a strategic partner to internal areas to design customized development solutions;
Monitor trends and innovations in corporate education and propose continuous improvements;
Implement and use LMS (Learning Management System) platforms for managing and tracking training activities;
Manage the corporate education budget.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields;
Postgraduate degree preferred in Corporate Education, Training and Development, People Management, Organizational Psychology, Human and Organizational Development, or related areas;
Experience with Instructional Design / Learning Experience (LX);
Experience in learning and organizational development projects;
Experience with active methodologies, instructional design, blended learning, and learning technologies;
Knowledge of learning methodologies;
Proficiency with HR metrics and outcome evaluation;
Knowledge of project management;
Knowledge of change management;
Proficiency with authoring tools and administering LMS platforms;
Technical, organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven profile for systems and process governance.
