About the role

  • Sales Insights Manager focusing on analytics and territory alignment in support of the AIR sales force. Collaborating with internal teams for the effective launch and marketing of pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and other business units to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and ensure coordinated efforts for AIR product launch initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, territory level performance, and competitive intelligence to provide actionable insights that drive sales strategies and performance.
  • Work closely with the Sales Force to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales tactics.
  • Identify key opportunities and enhance salesforce effectiveness.
  • Lead efforts to optimize territory alignment by analyzing sales potential, customer segmentation, and geographic considerations.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and other analytical resources that provide sales teams and leadership with real-time, actionable data.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes through data-driven insights, automation, and technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, life sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology insights, analytics, or sales operations
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes, territory management, and field force optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify operational needs, and implement improvements
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI); strong command of MS Office Suite
  • Ability to connect analytics to business objectives and influence decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and serve as a liaison between teams
  • Skilled at managing ambiguity, validating data, and applying critical thinking to complex scenarios
