Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and other business units to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and ensure coordinated efforts for AIR product launch initiatives.
Analyze sales data, market trends, territory level performance, and competitive intelligence to provide actionable insights that drive sales strategies and performance.
Work closely with the Sales Force to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales tactics.
Identify key opportunities and enhance salesforce effectiveness.
Lead efforts to optimize territory alignment by analyzing sales potential, customer segmentation, and geographic considerations.
Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and other analytical resources that provide sales teams and leadership with real-time, actionable data.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes through data-driven insights, automation, and technology.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, life sciences, or a related field
Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology insights, analytics, or sales operations
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes, territory management, and field force optimization
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify operational needs, and implement improvements
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI); strong command of MS Office Suite
Ability to connect analytics to business objectives and influence decision-making
Excellent interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and serve as a liaison between teams
Skilled at managing ambiguity, validating data, and applying critical thinking to complex scenarios
