Responsibilities

  • Take charge of healthcare projects shaping the future of patient care.
  • Collaborate with project teams, internal departments, and external partners.
  • Create comprehensive project plans covering timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare business cases and ensure projects remain within budget.
  • Foster collaborations with regional healthcare providers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market developments to identify opportunities.
  • Optimize workflows based on project insights and feedback.
  • Organize knowledge transfer sessions to enhance team learning.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure project satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Someone with a commercial and creative mindset.
  • Knowledge of the Dutch healthcare landscape and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a commercial position.
  • Experience with project-based working and independent management of projects.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and implementation techniques.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical advertising legislation (‘CGR’) and compliance.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical devices industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English are key for this role.
  • Working and thinking level: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related fields.
