Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in paid social media advertising
  • Certification in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, TikTok Academy) is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging ad content
  • Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools
  • In-depth knowledge of A/B testing and optimization techniques.
