About the role

  • Principal Consultant at ACA Group leading compliance reviews and client advisory in financial services. Developing relationships and supervising junior staff while ensuring strong regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in and lead mock regulatory examinations
  • Conduct compliance program reviews
  • Assist with policy and procedure reviews
  • Draft reports and manuals for compliance
  • Provide compliance advice to clients
  • Develop client relationships
  • Supervise and train junior staff
  • Manage internal projects and initiatives
  • Deliver client training and presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 years of industry experience
  • Alternatively, at least 4 years of compliance experience
  • Strong working knowledge of federal securities laws
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to manage client relationships
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to travel
  • Supervisory experience preferred
