About the role

  • Technical Artist optimising real-time LED volume content and providing technical support for student projects at the University of Melbourne. Collaboration across Faculty of Fine Arts and Music at Southbank campus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and optimise real-time LED volume content
  • Provide on-set technical support for student and research projects
  • Validate multi-node real-time rendering
  • Optimise LED volume content for nDisplay
  • Assist with installation and maintenance of LED volume studio systems

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Unreal Engine and real-time rendering workflows
  • Practical knowledge of nDisplay or multi-node rendering and LED volume content optimisation
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Organised and autonomous, capable of managing workflows
  • Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable in an educational environment
