About the role
- Motion Designer creating social media videos and animations for BETC Havas agency. Collaborating with creative teams in a hybrid work environment in São Paulo, Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, Stories and other platforms)
- Develop animations for digital assets (campaigns, always-on content and institutional materials)
- Adapt key visuals into animated formats
- Collaborate with art directors, copywriters and social media managers
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative motion ideas
- Optimize videos with a focus on retention, engagement and performance
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Audiovisual or related fields
- Previous experience as a Motion Designer in an advertising agency
- Experience creating content for social media (static and motion)
- Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro and similar applications
- Up-to-date portfolio
- Possess an active CNPJ (Brazilian corporate tax ID) and be available to start immediately for a freelance project of up to 6 months
