Responsibilities

  • Access and leverage data from across various areas to develop automated reports and ad hoc analyses.
  • Assist with analyzing data to evaluate process effectiveness and performance.
  • Help develop and implement processes that maximize statistical methods and model development.
  • Proactively seek out new opportunities to increase sales and improve customer experience.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to analyze potential financial and business impact.
  • Build presentations for leadership and board level meetings.
  • Actively participate in data transformation projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Business Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer analytics.
  • 3–5 years of experience using data to generate insights that support marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.
  • Experience using Power BI or Tableau for data visualization or dashboarding.
  • Experience using SQL, Python, or a similar tool to query, analyze data and present results.
