About the role

  • People Analytics Specialist supporting HR leadership with data-driven insights. Develop models for analyzing business performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Structure, organize and ensure the reliability of HR data (people data), building a solid foundation for analysis
  • Develop and automate dashboards and reports (Power BI / Excel), ensuring efficiency and scalability
  • Analyze key metrics such as turnover, engagement, diversity and performance, connecting them to the business context
  • Generate insights to support leadership strategic decisions (e.g., organizational structure, promotions, talent retention)
  • Act as a partner to HR leaders, building trusted relationships and influencing decisions with data
  • Support the monitoring of people initiatives (e.g., engagement plans, talent agenda, diversity)
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and continuous automation in HR processes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in data analysis applied to HR / People Analytics / related areas
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into practical recommendations
  • Experience with advanced Excel and Power BI
  • Consultative profile, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships
  • Automation- and continuous improvement-oriented mindset
  • Good communication skills and ability to tell stories with data
  • (Plus) Support analyses related to budgeting and rewards topics
  • Advanced English
