About the role

  • Senior Data Analyst responsible for improving client experience through data insights at ZAMP. Collaborating with tech teams to enhance customer service metrics and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Define and monitor strategic customer experience indicators;
  • Stratify data and generate analyses that support business decisions;
  • Translate data and trends into structured insights for leadership, focusing on opportunities to improve the customer journey;
  • Ensure data quality and consistency by applying standards and validations;
  • Collaborate with technology and business teams to ensure data meets analytical and operational requirements;
  • Define and monitor strategic customer experience indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, statistics, business administration, or related fields;
  • Proficiency in Power BI;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Experience with SQL is desirable.
