About the role
- Asesor telefónico de soporte técnico para usuarios de Entel Chile. Atención de consultas y ofrecimiento de productos para el hogar.
Responsibilities
- Recibir llamadas de usuarios Entel Chile y atender dudas, consultas para después ofrecer un producto hogar con derivación al area de ventas
Requirements
- Experiencia de 6 meses en soporte tecnico, atc, cross selling, etc por call center
- Disponibilidad de trabajar 6h + 30min break en un rango PM y descansar un día rotativo semanal
- Facilidad de trabajar 1 mes presencial en Magdalena del Mar y luego desde casa hibrido
- Tener PC/Laptop para capacitaciones remotas y gestión hibrida al 2do mes
