About the role
- Asesor telefónico de ATC para usuarios de Entel Chile atendiendo dudas y ofreciendo productos móviles o de hogar. Trabajo hibrido con disposición de un mes presencial.
Responsibilities
- Recibir llamadas de usuarios Entel Chile y atender dudas, consultas para después ofrecer un producto móvil u hogar y cerrar una venta.
Requirements
- Experiencia de 3 meses en ATC, cross selling, ventas, cobranzas, etc por call center.
- Disponibilidad de trabajar 8h + 1h break en un rango AM y descansar un día rotativo semanal.
- Facilidad de trabajar 1 mes presencial en Magdalena del Mar y luego desde casa hibrido (remoto 3 semanas y presencial 1 semana).
- Tener PC/Laptop para capacitaciones remotas y gestión hibrida al 2do mes.
