Global Marketing Communications Specialist driving impactful communication initiatives for A2MAC1. Overseeing digital presence and brand messaging across global markets with collaborative strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated global communication initiatives to strengthen A2MAC1’s brand visibility and positioning.
Ensure consistency of brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all communication channels and regions.
Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to align communication strategies with business priorities.
Manage A2MAC1’s LinkedIn presence, including strategy, content creation, thought leadership initiatives, and campaign coordination.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of LinkedIn paid campaigns supporting global and regional initiatives.
Monitor digital performance, engagement, and reach to continuously improve content impact.
Partner closely with Regional Marketing to ensure alignment across all digital channels.
Oversee the management and evolution of A2MAC1’s website to ensure alignment with key messages, product positioning, and brand identity.
Coordinate and produce website content, including thought leadership pieces, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic in key markets.
Create, adapt, and distribute high-impact content (articles, blog posts, videos, presentations) to support brand awareness and global campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing colleagues and internal experts to develop compelling communication materials.
Ensure all content aligns with A2MAC1’s global messaging strategy and resonates with target audiences.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in external communication or marketing communications.
Strong experience with LinkedIn management (organic + campaign), website content management, and SEO.
Experience working in global organizations with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with complex B2B product portfolios.
Background in automotive and/or SaaS is a plus.
Strong website content management skills (WordPress experience is a plus).
Deep expertise in LinkedIn organic communication & campaign management.
Excellent content writing, storytelling, and editorial skills.
Experience with basic graphic creation tools (e.g., Canva).
Creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to produce original ideas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
