Responsibilities
Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the Gulf region (especially in IT & Digital markets).** • Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.** • Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial offers for recruitment services.** • Conduct meetings and presentations with decision-makers and HR Directors in Gulf companies.** • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.** • Understand client hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.** • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.** • Analyze market trends in GCC recruitment, competitor activities, and new opportunities.** • Develop a clear expansion strategy for Gulf markets in alignment with company goals.** • Work closely with the Talent Management & Recruitment team to ensure delivery on client requirements.** • Share market insights and help improve service offerings.** • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on leads, pipelines, and closed deals.** • Track KPIs and revenue targets.
Requirements
• +7 years of experience in **Business Development** within a **Recruitment Agency**.** • Mandatory: Experience dealing with **Gulf clients (KSA/UAE/Qatar)**.** • Strong network with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders in GCC.** • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.** • Strong commercial mindset and ability to close deals.** • Proven ability to generate leads independently (not only account management).** • Familiarity with IT roles (Software, DevOps, Cloud, ERP…).** • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.** • Fluency in English and Arabic ** • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hit monthly targets.
