About the role

  • Prüfungsassistent handling financial audits and tax consultancy for clients in Germany. Collaborating within a team to create financial statements and tax returns.

Responsibilities

  • Audit of annual and consolidated financial statements
  • Participation in tax and business management advisory services
  • Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for corporations and partnerships
  • Preparation of tax returns and income-expenditure statements (EÜR)
  • Handling client inquiries across all areas of tax law
  • Preparation of financial accounting and payroll accounting
  • Direct contact with our clients

Requirements

  • Completed degree in economics/business administration or vocational training such as Steuerfachangestellte (StFA), Bilanzbuchhalter (Bibu) or Steuerfachwirt
  • Initial experience from internships or work in a firm / auditor role
  • Familiarity with DATEV & Unternehmen Online
  • Strong German language skills, written and spoken
