Responsibilities
Visit assigned client portfolio and registered leads
Receive, record and process customer orders
Maintain relationships with the market
Ensure consultative sale of 3S solutions
Meet the daily visits target defined by the Commercial Manager (GC)
Serve as the initial point of contact for customers
Establish strong synergy with all internal and external teams
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure delivery of KPIs
Requirements
Sense of ownership, urgency to perform, self-management of time and a shared calendar with leadership
Availability for travel and recurring customer visits, requiring strong planning skills
Experience in service businesses related to rental companies and/or technology
Determined and ambitious professional aiming to improve their current financial situation
Ability to serve customers consultatively with a proactive, ownership mindset
Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, persuasion and closing
Communicative with good interpersonal skills
Emotional intelligence to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proactive and analytical profile with attention to detail
High school diploma required; additional training in business administration, marketing or related fields preferred
Experience in operational or administrative roles related to rental and fleet control segments
