About the role

  • Consultor Comercial focusing on sustainable growth through sales solutions for fleet services. Engaging with clients and managing sales pipeline effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned client portfolio and registered leads
  • Receive, record and process customer orders
  • Maintain relationships with the market
  • Ensure consultative sale of 3S solutions
  • Meet the daily visits target defined by the Commercial Manager (GC)
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers
  • Establish strong synergy with all internal and external teams
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure delivery of KPIs

Requirements

  • Sense of ownership, urgency to perform, self-management of time and a shared calendar with leadership
  • Availability for travel and recurring customer visits, requiring strong planning skills
  • Experience in service businesses related to rental companies and/or technology
  • Determined and ambitious professional aiming to improve their current financial situation
  • Ability to serve customers consultatively with a proactive, ownership mindset
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, persuasion and closing
  • Communicative with good interpersonal skills
  • Emotional intelligence to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive and analytical profile with attention to detail
  • High school diploma required; additional training in business administration, marketing or related fields preferred
  • Experience in operational or administrative roles related to rental and fleet control segments
