Responsibilities
Conducts routine property visits to perform sales reviews, collaborate on strategy development and manager training

Provide weekly analytical and sales strategy support through assessment of routine reporting

Develops Sales Action Plans and reviews and submits quarterly goal results
Develop and train property sales leaders to enable a productive property sales department
Participates in agency and account visits to enhance relationship development and portfolio revenue growth
Provides property support and partnership with revenue management through annual special corporate pricing process
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans as required for field support
Provide support and pull through efforts for digital marketing plans & local content strategy
Leverage brands and industry tools to help analyze and improve optimal revenue growth
Monitors property revenue gaps to goal and assist with strategy to achieve optimal budget results
Requirements
4-year college degree preferred (Major in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications or related field strongly preferred)
5 or more years in a hotel sales leadership position is required
A minimum of 2 years directly supervising teams of 5+ sales professionals
