About the role

  • Managing and growing client communities across various social media platforms
  • Daily social media monitoring, engagement, content scheduling, and performance reporting
  • Coordinate and build communities that respect brand images
  • Communicate weekly updates on client community engagement and content performance
  • Posting & scheduling content across multiple social media platforms
  • Participate in monthly & quarterly performance reports
  • Support in content creation across social media calendars
  • Participate in social media strategies through brainstorming, preparing presentation etc.
  • Stay on top of deadlines and help keep track of overall priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and/or social media content creation
  • French-English Bilingual is an asset
  • Strong compatibility to manage multiple client accounts at once and report on them accordingly
  • Ability to effectively create content for lifestyle, beauty, and consumer brands
  • Impeccable organization skills
  • Strong capability to adapt to the ever-changing digital environment
  • Strong numerical know-how for reporting and analyzing stats
  • Mastery of English, oral and written
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to write persuasive, grammatically correct, and effective copy without oversight
