Responsibilities
Managing and growing client communities across various social media platforms
Daily social media monitoring, engagement, content scheduling, and performance reporting
Coordinate and build communities that respect brand images
Communicate weekly updates on client community engagement and content performance
Posting & scheduling content across multiple social media platforms
Participate in monthly & quarterly performance reports
Support in content creation across social media calendars
Participate in social media strategies through brainstorming, preparing presentation etc.
Stay on top of deadlines and help keep track of overall priorities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or similar in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
1-3 years of experience in graphic design and/or social media content creation
French-English Bilingual is an asset
Strong compatibility to manage multiple client accounts at once and report on them accordingly
Ability to effectively create content for lifestyle, beauty, and consumer brands
Impeccable organization skills
Strong capability to adapt to the ever-changing digital environment
Strong numerical know-how for reporting and analyzing stats
Mastery of English, oral and written
Detail-oriented with the ability to write persuasive, grammatically correct, and effective copy without oversight
