About the role

  • Intern in Recruiting at 1KOMMA5° supporting candidate sourcing for the clean tech industry. Engaging potential candidates through phone screenings and coordinating application processes.

Responsibilities

  • You support our nationwide project to attract qualified skilled workers for the trades across Germany
  • Your focus is on identifying and reaching out to potential candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, and coordinating subsequent application processes
  • You will independently initiate telephone contact with potential applicants
  • You accompany candidates through the entire process: from first contact and answering follow-up questions to scheduling appointments
  • You schedule interviews at the respective locations

Requirements

  • You are looking for an internship
  • Ideally, you already have some experience in recruiting and have a technical affinity (initial experience with Personio is a plus)
  • You are communicative and fluent in German
  • You work independently and in a structured way
  • You demonstrate strong motivation and high reliability
