About the role

  • Working Student managing Tech Sales and Go-to-Market strategy for one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B software companies. Engaging with industrial clients to optimize their maintenance and asset management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: You will manage the entire sales process for our CMMS solution, from the first strategic touchpoint to closing the deal.
  • Shape the Go-to-Market: You'll actively contribute to organizing and executing client-facing events and webinars, bringing your own ideas to drive market penetration.
  • Value-Driven Client Consulting: You'll act as a trusted advisor in client meetings, answering complex questions and demonstrating the unique business value of our solution.
  • Strategic Proposal Development: You will design and present customized proposals that precisely address our clients' needs.
  • Learn from the Best: In weekly syncs with our sales team, you’ll collaborate closely with seasoned experts, share insights, and accelerate your learning curve.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: You'll maintain all customer interactions in our CRM system, contributing to the data-backed evolution of our sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Academic Background: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (4th semester or higher) or Master's degree program.
  • Passion for Tech & Sales: You have a foundational understanding of or first exposure to tech sales, CRM, and/or maintenance or asset management processes.
  • Structured and Efficient: You possess strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You have an enthusiastic and proactive approach to learning and contributing to the sales team.
  • Commitment to Quality: You have a detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Language Proficiency: You are professionally fluent in English and German (min. C1 required).
  • Location: You are based in Munich or Mannheim
