Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and optimization of data warehouse solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain data integrity and security.
- Participate in data analysis projects to provide actionable insights.
- Support the integration of machine learning models within the warehouse.
- Create and maintain documentation for data engineering processes.
- Understand Big Query basics and participate in query development.
- Support implementation of simple data quality checks using Soda Core.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related program.
- Participation in academic projects or coursework in databases, programming, or data analysis.
- Strong technical foundation and eagerness to learn data engineering.
- Interest in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data architecture.
- Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of database concepts.
- Basic programming skills, preferably Python.
- Understanding of fundamental data concepts and data processing.
- Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new concepts.
