About the role

  • You contact our customers to advise them and, with your friendly and sales-oriented manner, generate interest in expanding the customer relationship through financing solutions.
  • When necessary, you coordinate transferring interested customers to second-level sales or to advisory services at a participating Volks- und Raiffeisenbank.
  • After each call, you reliably enter all relevant information directly into our systems.
  • You handle customer callbacks, celebrate your progress with us, and bring new ideas to the project team.

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student — your field of study is not important to us, as we provide the necessary training during onboarding.
  • You enjoy making phone calls and are reliable and organized.
  • Friendly and confident manner when dealing with our customers.
  • Enjoy interacting and exchanging ideas.
  • You are characterized by social and communication skills, negotiation ability, and a healthy dose of persistence.
  • Confident in conducting conversations and able to keep a cool head at all times.
