About the role

  • Maintain an overview of capacity in debt collection operations
  • Organize work assignments for open receivables efficiently
  • Execute skill management and intraday control
  • Continuously analyze data to optimize the collections team and assignments
  • Maintain oversight of collection-specific KPIs and discuss proactive measures
  • Serve as a sparring partner for managers and stakeholders
  • Provide strategic input for forecast planning

Requirements

  • University degree (or equivalent qualification)
  • Several years of experience in workforce, intraday or performance management
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Experience working with Power BI
  • SQL skills are desirable
  • Very good German and English language skills (English at B2 level)
  • Willingness to work 1–2 days per month at another EOS location within Germany
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model with office presence of at least 2–3 days per week
